Services and Project Scope
The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, revision limits, responsibilities, and any third-party costs for a project will be described in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required account access, brand assets, content, credentials, and other materials reasonably needed to perform the services. Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
Payments
Fees and payment schedules are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party costs such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, domains, premium plugins, platform fees, messaging fees, payment processing fees, or external services are separate from TechnoTising service fees.
Advertising, SEO and Performance
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform policies, algorithms, advertising budgets, website condition, audience behavior, and third-party systems. TechnoTising does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue, sales, or advertising outcomes unless an express written guarantee is included in a signed agreement.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned before the project. Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables will follow the applicable proposal or written agreement and may depend on full payment. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, themes, APIs, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with platforms such as Google, Meta, WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, payment providers, CRMs, hosting companies, analytics tools, or automation services. TechnoTising is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, service interruptions, pricing changes, data loss, or other actions controlled by third parties.
Confidentiality and Security
We use reasonable care when handling client information and credentials. Clients should use appropriate access controls, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, and secure account management practices. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechnoTising will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services. Any direct liability will be subject to the limitations stated in the applicable written agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services in accordance with the applicable proposal or agreement. Fees for completed work, committed third-party costs, and work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to website use from its effective date.
